During the reconstruction, we introduced new drying technology, replacing the entire system with 7 state-of-the-art blowers from Valmet.
Over the course of four weeks, our production team worked tirelessly on this change, ensuring that every stage adhered to the highest industry standards.
This enhancement offers more than just technical advancements – it enables greater automation and more precise management and monitoring of coating drying parameters. The result is increased efficiency and improved quality control, which translates directly into a superior final product. The boost in production speed, particularly for lower and medium-weight materials, brings us closer to achieving our target of 220,000 tons of annual production.
