Continuous process improvement is a cornerstone of our business growth, and the successful reconstruction of our coating drying system marks a significant step forward in this direction.
As part of the reconstruction, we introduced a new drying technology by replacing the entire setup with 7 state-of-the-art blowers from Valmet. Over the course of four weeks, our production team worked diligently to ensure that every stage of the process met the highest industry standards.
This upgrade offers more than just technical benefits—it allows for greater automation and enhanced monitoring and control of the coating drying parameters. The outcome is improved efficiency and better quality control, resulting in a superior final product.
The increased production speed, especially for lower and mid-range grammages, brings us closer to achieving our target annual production of 220,000 tons.
